Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 21, 2026Version: 2026.06 global refund termsWebsite: ylnk.cc

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, billing adjustments, and mandatory consumer rights apply to paid yLnk services, including subscriptions, setup fees, premium themes, custom domain features, QR code tools, LinkFolio features, analytics, APIs, and related digital services.

Our goal is to be clear, fair, and predictable while keeping the default billing model simple.

2. Default No-Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by yLnk, all fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, setup fees, premium theme fees, custom domain-related fees, usage-based fees, add-ons, and other digital service charges.

Fees are charged for access to digital tools, infrastructure, support, account features, link management, analytics, and platform availability. We do not provide refunds because a user did not use the service, forgot to cancel, changed plans late, or no longer needs the service after access was provided.

3. EU/EEA, UK, and Other Mandatory Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal rights, those rights continue to apply. For many distance contracts, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal period.

For digital content or digital services, the withdrawal right may not apply or may be lost where legally permitted once the service is fully performed, immediately made available, accessed, downloaded, configured, generated, published, connected, or started after your express request or consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right may be lost.

Examples include activating a paid plan, generating premium QR codes, enabling LinkFolio or analytics features, configuring a custom domain, starting setup work, accessing a premium theme, or using APIs after purchase.

If local law requires a refund despite this policy, yLnk will provide the refund or remedy required by that law.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through your account settings, billing flow, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal unless otherwise stated in the plan terms.

After cancellation, you normally keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period. This means your account may continue to use paid features already purchased until the billing period expires, but the plan will not renew.

We do not usually provide prorated refunds, partial credits, or cash refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law or expressly approved by yLnk in writing.

5. Possible Exceptions

yLnk may, at its discretion or where required by law, consider a refund or billing adjustment in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a payment or billing error.
  • Unauthorized transactions verified through our support and payment review process.
  • A paid feature that was not made available due to a yLnk-controlled technical failure and no reasonable workaround was provided.
  • Mandatory refunds, withdrawal rights, or chargeback rights required by applicable law.
  • Written refund commitments made by yLnk for a specific plan, promotion, invoice, or customer agreement.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees after setup work begins or is completed.
  • Premium themes or digital add-ons after access is provided.
  • Custom domain, DNS, SSL, registrar, renewal, or third-party provider fees.
  • Subscription periods that have already started, except where required by law.
  • Fees related to accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, non-payment, illegal content, phishing, malware, spam, or Terms violations.
  • Bank fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, or payment-provider charges unless required by law.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a billing review, contact [email protected] with your account email, invoice or transaction ID, charge date, amount, payment method reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

We may request additional information to verify identity, investigate the payment, comply with fraud-prevention rules, or meet legal requirements. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

8. How Refunds Are Processed

If yLnk approves a refund or a refund is required by law, we normally process it to the original payment method used for the transaction unless that method is unavailable or applicable law requires another method.

Approved refunds are usually submitted to the payment provider within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Refunds may be reduced by taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, payment-provider charges, or non-refundable third-party costs where permitted by law. We may issue account credit only when allowed by law and accepted by you.

9. Account Deletion and Refunds

Deleting your yLnk account does not automatically cancel outstanding invoices, waive unpaid fees, or create a refund right. You should cancel paid subscriptions before deleting your account if you do not want future renewals.

You can request account deletion from the account deletion page. Some billing, security, tax, fraud-prevention, backup, and legal records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, your access may be paused while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact yLnk first so we can investigate duplicate charges, cancellation issues, or billing errors quickly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension, termination, debt collection, or refusal of future service where permitted by law.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds may be sent to [email protected].
